To check the status of your deposit:
- Please visit the Xcalibra website and Sign in to your account.
- Click on Balances.
- Choose the coin you want to deposit and click the DEPOSIT.
- Scroll down to DEPOSIT HISTORY. Here you can see all the information about your deposits.
If you do not see your deposit, please open a new ticket.
