To check the status of your deposit:
- Please visit the Xcalibra website and Sign in to your account.
- Select the Balances tab in navigation.
- If you would like to make a deposit, just choose the coin you want to deposit and click the DEPOSIT.
- If you are looking for the transaction info for the deposit that you have already made, please scroll down to DEPOSIT HISTORY. Here you may find all the information about your deposits.
If you do not see the deposit here, please go to our Support Center and open a new ticket.
